Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one sz99 account. Duplicate accounts, accounts shared between individuals, and accounts opened using false identity documents are all prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

sz99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at erroneous odds, following a technical fault, or where evidence of manipulation or coordinated abuse is identified. Voided bets are returned as stake credit to the player's account balance.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sz99 ("sz99", "we", "us", "the Platform") and govern your use of the sz99 website accessible at https://sz99.ws, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and any related mobile or desktop application (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the sz99 Platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
sz99 is obligated under its international gaming license to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification on all account holders. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, the following documentation:
sz99 reserves the right to suspend account functionality — including withdrawals — until KYC requirements are satisfied. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sz99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sz99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials. Each player is strictly limited to one sz99 account. If sz99 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — sz99 reserves the right to merge balances into the primary account and close all duplicate accounts, or alternatively close all accounts associated with that player. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited entirely.
sz99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit card, credit card, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are displayed in the sz99 cashier section at the time of transaction. sz99 does not charge platform-level deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sz99 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an unverified or third-party source may be held pending investigation and returned to the source method.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. sz99 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 8 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions following approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times are targets and not guarantees — sz99 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. sz99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where sz99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. sz99 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to any dormancy fee being applied, and may reactivate their account by logging in and completing a wager.
All bets placed on sz99 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event or game in question, as published in the sz99 help section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
sz99 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without reason and without prior notice. sz99 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market, odds level, or bet type at any time. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation reference number from the sz99 platform. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
In the event that odds are displayed due to a technical error, data feed failure, human input error, or any other cause that results in manifestly incorrect pricing, sz99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at such erroneous odds and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. sz99's determination of what constitutes an erroneous odd is final.
All sporting event results used for settlement purposes on sz99 are taken from official governing body sources or recognised statistical data providers. In the event of a result discrepancy, sz99's decision on the correct result for settlement purposes is final and binding.
In-play (live) markets are offered at sz99's discretion. sz99 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during the event. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant market is determined — whether due to a data latency issue or otherwise — may be voided by sz99 at its discretion.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any sz99 content without prior written consent from sz99.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Any unauthorised use of sz99's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
sz99 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at sz99.ws/privacy-policy. By using the sz99 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sz99 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and secure data storage — to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no system is entirely immune to breach, and sz99 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
sz99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: game and platform technology providers operating under strict data processing agreements; payment processors required to execute your transactions; and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sz99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sz99 Platform, regardless of the cause or the theory of liability advanced.
In no event shall sz99's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sz99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sz99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events beyond sz99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. sz99 shall not be liable for any losses — including losses on open wagers or casino balances — resulting from Platform downtime caused by circumstances beyond sz99's reasonable control.
sz99 may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sz99 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon account termination for cause, sz99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, balances derived from or associated with the breach may be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz99 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sz99 Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by sz99's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent sz99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where sz99 determines such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including its intellectual property or the integrity of the Platform.
sz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sz99 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on record no fewer than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory directive — updated Terms may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current and binding version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms each time you access the Platform. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
